Margot Schulzke
It was appropriate that Margot Schulzke, a Stockton, California native was selected as the Pastels USA 2008 Juror of Awards. A longtime columnist for The Pastel Journal, she is widely regarded as an authority on the subject of composition and design. The highly respected Pastel Society of the West Coast has ranked her Distinguished Pastelist since 1988 and in April the society added another signal honor, that of PSWC Pastel Laureate Award.

George Rivera
As a figurative artist, he has been in over 100 exhibitions nationally and internationally. Since the 1970's Mr. Rivera has severed as a Juror in nearly 400 competitions throughout the country, in a verity of mediums. He is listed in the Who's Who in America as well as Who's Who in American Art
